Only 3 months in and 2017 promises to be a very exciting year:
so far I have been invited to participate in three shows and have been published in one art magazine!
- First show is the "Changing Art" exhibition at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. The show closed a few weeks ago and was my biggest single show to date where I had the opportunity to create 12 new paintings exclusively for it.
- The second exhibition, "Stormy Weather", is currently taking place at the Maryland Maritime Museum in Annapolis where I have 2 paintings. The show was juried by curator Rebekah Pineda and will close on April 8th.
- For the third show I was invited by the Washington Project for the Arts (WPA) Board to be one of over 100 artists nationally and internationally to participate in the WPA's annual art auction and gala. This is the 2nd year in a row that WPA invites me to participate in this very exciting exhibition. The auction is now live on Paddle 8 .
- Finally British art magazine Average Art selected my work to be featured in their March 2017 issues.
Could not be more excited!
